The full walkthrough, from sign-up to connection

Sign Up

Open the sign-up page (click the 'First Month Free' button at the top of this page). You'll see a simple form with just three fields: username, password, and confirm password. No email address is required — that's a key feature of this service: registration info is kept to a minimum, only what's needed to use the service.

When choosing a username, use a combination of letters and numbers, such as vpnxe_user2026, and avoid simple usernames that are easy to guess. For your password, use at least 8 characters with both letters and numbers. When you're done, click the sign-up button.

After signing up, the system will redirect you automatically and keep you logged in, taking you straight to the account overview page in the user dashboard. If the page shows 'Login successful' but doesn't redirect, click the 'Login' button on the right side of the navigation bar to enter manually.

Choose a Plan and Order

In the user dashboard, go to the 'Buy a Plan' section (or go directly to the plans page). There are three monthly plans to choose from:

Basic: ¥9.9/mo with 60GB of data; Standard: ¥18/mo with 250GB of data; Premium: ¥28/mo with 500GB of data. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated and credited to you based on the remaining days.

If you only use it occasionally, you can also choose a data pack: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. Data packs last until used up and never expire.

After choosing a plan, click the 'Get Started' button on the plan card to proceed to payment. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are currently supported — pick whichever you prefer and complete the payment. Once payment is done, your plan status will immediately change to 'Active', and you can see the expiration date and remaining data on the account overview page.

Get Your Subscription Link

After payment, go back to the user dashboard's 'Account Overview' page. In the middle of the page, you'll see a 'Subscription Link' section showing your dedicated subscription address. Click the 'Copy' button on the right to copy the link to your clipboard.

The subscription link looks something like this:

Note: Your subscription link contains your account credentials, so don't share it publicly. If you suspect it's been leaked, you can reset it in the dashboard — the old link will stop working immediately.

Once you've copied your subscription link, the next step is to import it into your client. The import process for each platform is explained below.

Windows Client Import

On Windows, we recommend using a client that supports subscription link import. You can get the client from the 'Download Client' section in the user dashboard (requires login).

After opening the client, find the 'Subscription' or 'Profiles' tab. The wording may vary between versions, but the main entry point is always a subscription-related menu. Click 'Add Subscription' or 'Import Subscription Link', paste the link you copied into the input field, then click 'Import' or 'Confirm'.

Once imported, you'll see the subscription name appear in the subscription list. Click the 'Activate' button next to the subscription name, and the client will automatically load all server nodes. You'll then see the server list and be ready to connect.

macOS Client Import

The import process on macOS is similar to Windows. We recommend using a client that supports subscription links, also downloadable from the user dashboard.

After opening the client, find the 'Subscription' or 'Configurations' menu. Click the 'Add' or '+' button, paste your subscription link, and confirm the import. Once imported, select the newly added subscription in the configuration list, and the client will automatically update the node list.

macOS users should note: on first launch, the system may prompt 'Allow installing the network extension?' — click 'Allow'. If the prompt doesn't appear, you can enable it manually under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Network.

Android Client Import

On Android, you can use a client that supports subscription import. Download the APK from the user dashboard, then open the client.

In v2rayNG, tap the '+' button in the top-right corner, select 'Import from Clipboard', paste your subscription link, and the client will automatically parse it and generate the configuration. In Clash Meta for Android, go to the 'Profiles' tab, tap the '+' in the top-right corner → 'Import from URL', paste your subscription link, and confirm.

Once imported, select any server node and tap the round connect button at the bottom to start. On Android's first connection, the system will ask for 'VPN connection permission' — tap 'Allow'.

iOS Client Import

On iOS, we recommend using a client that supports subscription import. Note that these clients aren't available in the mainland China App Store — you'll need to switch your App Store account to another region (such as the US or Hong Kong) to download them. If you already have a working client, make sure it's installed.

After opening the client, find the 'Subscription' or 'Configuration' entry. In Shadowrocket, tap the '+' in the top-right corner → set 'Type' to 'Subscribe' → paste your subscription link → tap 'Save'. In Stash, go to the 'Configuration' page → tap '+' → 'Import from URL' → paste your subscription link → confirm.

Once imported, iOS will prompt 'Allow adding VPN configuration?' — tap 'Allow' and you may need to enter your device passcode to confirm. This is a system-level authorization that must be allowed for the connection to work.

Connect and Verify

After importing the subscription on any platform, the connection verification steps are basically the same:

1. Select a server in your client. For first-time use, we recommend choosing 'Smart Routing' or the server closest to you (such as Hong Kong or Japan), as latency is usually lower.
2. Click the connect button. Once connected, the client status will show 'Connected', and a VPN icon will appear in the system status bar.
3. Open the 'IP Lookup' tool in the user dashboard (or go directly to ip.html) to see your current exit IP and location. If it shows the region of the server you selected, your connection is working.
4. Test your actual use case: visit the target website or open the streaming app to confirm everything works.

If you can't access the target service after connecting, try switching servers first. Load and stability vary between servers, so switching often solves the issue. If it still doesn't work, check the troubleshooting section in the Help Center, or submit a ticket to contact support.
