1. Introduction

VPNXE (hereinafter "the Service") is a network acceleration subscription service for cross-border access. We recognize the importance of privacy to you. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have over your data. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Data We Collect

The Service uses a username and password registration method, with no email address required. The data we collect falls into only three categories:

Account information — the username you set at registration, and your password in encrypted form. We never ask for your real name, email address, or other identifying information.

Order records — the plan you selected, the payment amount, the order creation time, and your plan's data quota usage. Traffic usage data is used only to calculate your remaining quota and does not include the specific destinations you visit.

Visit statistics — we use a self-hosted analytics tool to record page views, referral sources, device types, and approximate regions. This data is presented in anonymous aggregate form and is not used to identify individuals.

We do not collect the content of websites you visit through the Service, your search history, or your communications.

3. No-Logs Stance

The Service does not record which websites you visit and does not keep connection logs. When you use the Service, we cannot see what you are doing — we only see an encrypted tunnel being established and closed, and we cannot see the data transmitted inside it.

The minimal information we retain is used solely to keep the Service running:

• Account and subscription status;
• Order and payment results;
• Data quota consumption (for plan allowance management).

This information does not include your browsing history, DNS query records, or any data related to specific destinations you visit.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser local storage for:

• Keeping you logged in, so you don't have to sign in on every visit;
• Remembering your language preference;
• Recording necessary session state.

This stored data is not shared with third parties and is not used for ad targeting or user profiling.

5. Payments Are Processed by Third Parties

The Service accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. All payment processes are completed by third-party payment providers on their own platforms, and we never access your payment account, password, or bank card details. We only receive payment result notifications (success status, amount, transaction time) and use them to activate or renew your plan.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Account data: retained for as long as your account exists. You can request account deletion at any time through the ticket system, and we will delete the relevant data after verifying your identity.
• Order records: kept for financial reconciliation and regulatory compliance, retained for the legally required period.
• Visit statistics: anonymous aggregate data is automatically cleared periodically, with a retention period of no more than 12 months.

7. Policy Updates

We may update this policy in response to changes in the Service or regulations. Updates will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Material changes will be announced via in-app notifications or Service Updates. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
